Local Conservatives have recently selected Henry Higgins as the Conservative GLA Candidate for Ealing & Hillingdon, to contest the forthcoming Mayor and GLA elections in May 2024.

Henry lives in Hillingdon with his wife and son and has been a councillor on Hillingdon council since 2002.

As a former cabinet member, Henry has been at the forefront of enhancing our community's facilities. He oversaw the successful refurbishment of 17 libraries and the creation of new leisure centres. His dedication to improving our quality of life is evident—Henry doesn't just talk about change, he makes it happen.

Henry Higgins is staunchly against the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) expansion. He understands that the cost of living is already a challenge for many of us. ULEZ expansion is a tax imposed by the Labour London Mayor that will impose unnecessary financial strain on households, businesses, and commuters.

The upcoming Mayor and Assembly elections in May 2024 provide us with an opportunity to choose representatives who truly understand our concerns and aspirations. Henry Higgins is ready to be that representative, to be our voice on the London Assembly.
